The Swat Chamber Of Commerce  provides Visa Recommendation Letters to support its registered members for business and visit visa applications. This service is available to verified companies and individuals with active chamber membership.

Requirements for Visa Recommendation:

For Business Visa:

Members applying for a business visa must submit the following documents:

• A copy of the applicant’s passport (valid for at least six months)

• A valid Chamber of Commerce membership certificate

• A Business Trip Invitation Letter from the host company or organization abroad

For Visit Visa:

Members applying for a visit visa are not required to submit an invitation letter. The following documents are required:

• A copy of the applicant’s passport

• A valid Chamber of Commerce membership certificate

Note: All other requirements and procedures for business and visit visa recommendations remain the same.

How to Apply:

Applications can be submitted in person at the Chamber office or through our official email/online portal (if available). Processing time typically takes 2–3 working days, depending on document verification.
